Dispatch stage

When you check your account and status of your order, it will show the current status of your order, be it : pending, processed or sent. If the order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the order. All ordes can be tracked via DHL.

We use DHL as our main courier for International orders so the goods will be delivered the next working day after it is picked in the main European Countries and it will take between 2 and 4 days to the rest of world. For our orders in Spain and Portugal we use SEUR and it takes 24 to be delivered too.

Goods shipped

Tracking number is provided after order has been processed, gone thru the DHL system and ready to be picked up by the courier.

When ordes have been processed and picked up by DHL, we will post the trackig number in your order status and also send you an email indicating the tracking number. The tracking number will allow you to do a follow up in "real time" of your package from the DHL site : www.dhl.com. They will provide information of the transit of the package.

DHL consignments can be viewed at http://www.dhl.com/ and SEUR consignments will show at http://www.seur.es/

Delivery

DHL delivers from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday .In some areas, DHL may delivery the package on Saturday, you need to consult this with your local DHL depot. Also, you can pick up packages directly from the DHL or SEUR offices only when you have contacted DHL or SEUR to arange a pick up.

All packages need to be signed when received. If you notice the package is torn, or you think it has broken parts inside, you can accept the package and file a claim with them directly. Make sure that you indicated next to the signature that the package is "unchecked" . We need for you to accept the package so that we can file a claim with the courier company. We will send a replacement as soon as the broken item is sent back.

If you are absent the day DHL delivers the package, they will leave a note indicating the next time they will attempt a delivery. You can contact them directly to arange a new time of delivery or to arange a pick up directly from their depot. If you do not contact DHL, they will hold the pacakge for 15 days. After this time the package can be returned back to us.

SEUR will attempt 2 delivery and then the goods will be held up to 7 days before returning goods to us. (The goods will be held at the local delivery office).

 

Changing delivery details

Ucables will send orders to the shipping addressed indicated by the customer, make sure you double check the shipping address before sending order requests. We can not be held responsible for customers indicating wrong delivery addresses.

If you have placed an order and wish to change the shipping address you can do so by sending us an email indicating the change. This can be done only before order is processed, once order is processed we rarely make changes. In the case where you wish to change the shipping address while the package is in transit, you can do so, but this will incur charges to you, that is why we advice you make sure you choose the correct shipping address beforehand.

In case you are not home and wish for the pacakge to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you need to indicate it in your order. Please note, DHL, SEUR or uCables can not be held responsible for items lost once they have been left in the place requested by you.

In case you are not able to track your order thru the DHL or SEUR site, please contact us so that we can look into it and provide you with status of the package.
