Software for VAG COMMANDER version 5.5

1. Connect interface to USB port of your PC and install drivers from folder \\\\\\\"USB drivers\\\\\\\".
2. Copy somewhere folder \\\\\\\"VAG-CAN Commander 2.0 beta\\\\\\\" where you want to be placed this program
3. In folder \\\\\\\"VAG-CAN Commander 2.0 beta\\\\\\\" you have file \\\\\\\"tester.ini\\\\\\\" open it for example with
notepad and change PORT=... with number of your virtual com-port installed in step 1.
To check which is your virtual com-port go in
device manager -> HARDWARE -> PORTS(COM&LPT) -> USB serial port (COM ...).
4. Program is ready for usage

Using:

1. Connect interface to USB and OBDII of the car
2. Start program \\\\\\\"VAG-CAN Commander.EXE\\\\\\\"
3. Choice which unit you want
4. Press \\\\\\\"Open channel\\\\\\\"
5. Do what you want
6. When need to change unit press \\\\\\\"Close channel\\\\\\\" and then again 3.

Odometer correction and security code reading:
1. Connect interface to USB and OBDII of the car
2. Start program \\\\\\\"VAG-CAN Commander.EXE\\\\\\\"
3. Choice \\\\\\\"07 - Kombi\\\\\\\"
4. Press \\\\\\\"Open Channel\\\\\\\" -> will be displayed information of the cluster
5. Press from special functions \\\\\\\"Instrument / Immobilizer\\\\\\\"
6. You must select model of your car (not recommended in this beta version using of automatic detection)
7. Change odometer/read memory or read security access (reading of security access takes above 2 min.)
