Here at uCables we provide the most secure way for our customers to place
orders, no information will be requested other than the information needed
for our customers to place orders. Our site is also equiped with secure online
payment certificates making it safer and secure for our customers to enter

Privacy Policy
To process your order, we require your name, billing address, shipping address,
phone number, email address and/or credit card information. Our main form
of comunicating with our clients is thru emails, if there is a matter that
needs to be dealt with directly with the person, we will call you on the number
indicated in your order form, it is important that the information provided
by you in the order form is correct.
We do not share you personal details with any other company, other than the
courier company. Details shared with our courier companies are the same details
indicated by you in the shipping address section of your order form.
In cases where there is a fraudulent charged made to your credit card, we
may need (by law) to share information with the institution dealing with the
matter . This information may me, IP address, billing addres, shipping address,
full name, email.

Do you offer distributors prices?
A. We do not have a separete site for distributor prices, but we can offer
a very attractive discount depending the amount of items you wish to purchase.
You need to send us an email, quote the item and the quantity you wish to
purchase and we will send you a reply with the prices we offer.
I´ve seen some of your items as "out of stock"
how long will it take for new stock to arrive?
A. Depending on the items it may take 1 to 1 month for new stock to arrive.
For some boxes, it is only a few days 5-7 days for boxes to be delivered.
Also, some boxes although they are shown as out of stock you can order it,
send payment and we will place the order to our provider , but payment must
be received befohand in order to send a request.
What happens if i want to order an item that has become out of stock at the
time of my order?
A. We will send you an email indicating that the item is no longer available.
We will provide two options: send the item that is in stock and send the other
item later on or to hold the order altogether and send the whole order together
once the item is on stock again.
How can I pay if I was to place an order?
A. There are several forms of payments: Credit card, paypal, western union,
Cash on delivery (Spain, portugal and some EU countries) and Bank Transfer.
How can I contact you?
A. You can call us to the numbers we have indicated on our main page or send
us an email with your query.
How do you ship your items?
A. We ship all our orders same day by DHL Global Express if you place before
13:00 hours CET time, later this time it will be shipped next day and it takes.
If you place your order at Spain all orders will be shipped same day until
19:00 hours and will be shipped by SEUR.
DHL Global Express takes 24-48 hours for delivery to European countries and
USA. Rest of World takes between 2 - 4 days.
SEUR in Spain delivery in 24 hours.
COD orders are shipped by Express Mail Post.
Can I track my order once its processed?
A. Yes, you can track it via DHL (for international orders) : www.dhl.com
or thru Seur for Spain and Portgual: www.seur.com
I placed an order a few days ago, but it has not been processed, what can
I do ?
A.You need to send us an email indicating your order number. It is possible
that we need more information before processing your order, or you need to
confirm your order so that it can be processed (this is particularly the case
for COD orders).
I have doubts as to what item i need to purchase, can you guide me?
A. Yes, you need to contact us directly by phone or
email. and we will help you choose the appropriate item in accordance
to your needs.
Do you send orders over the weekend?
A. No, we are open from Monday to Friday and dispatch all packages during
week days. If you have placed an order on the weekend, we will process it
on monday and you will receive it by Tuesday or Wednesday ( depending on the
service you have chosen for delivery)
What is included in the package you send?
A. All packages are well packed, items are bubble wrapped , invoice is included
and/or instructions are sent in the package.
Will i be held responsible if the courier has lost my pacakge?
A. No, we will dispatch the order again. We will place the claim with the
courier company so that they can investigate what has happend with the order.
If the order is declared lost, we will send you a replacement inmediately,
please not, until the investigation has not been completed we can not send
you a replacement.
When is your customer service operators available?
A. We are open Mon-Fri 9:30am to 2:00pm and from 5:00 pm to 8.30pm. We do
not work weekends and bank/public holidays. If you need to contact us outside
our opening hours then please use our contact form.
I am having problems logging into the website, what should I do?
A. Please visit the contact us and tell us what
is the problem page.
What happens if I receive my order and it is damaged, or there are items missing?
A. This must be reported to Ucables as soon as possible and we will take the
appropriate action.
I have not received my order and the tracking information is not showing "in
transit"?
A. If you are in Spain or Portugal you should receive your order withint 24
hours. If you have not recieved it, you need to contact us so that we can
track it down thru Seur. If you have placed an international order and you
believe you should have received it in 24 hours, you need to contact us so
that we can contact DHL and request information other than the information
shown on the tracking site.
