Order Status

Order Status Description
Registering your order

Your order is placed by you or by one of our staff. It is automatically placed on hold untill all the information you have provided is verified, payment has been received, or confirmation required has been received. This is the case for all orders. This can take 24 hours or more, depending on the payment method chosen by the client. Orders such as COD are processed inmediately and sent within 24 hours after receival of the order request . For other forms of payment, payment has to be received before processing the order.

Stock /Out of Stock Some items orders may be out of stock . We can accept payment and send the customer an email indicating approximate time for new stock to be delivered to ucables. In this case, customers can choose to accept the charge or to hold the charge until new stock becomes available. In other cases, payment has to be received first in order to order new stock ( this is the case for some unlocking boxes).

Bank Error This is the case for orders that are paid via credit cards. We will send you an email indicating the error the bank indicates whilst trying to charge the credit card. In other cases, the bank may request a pin number or personal data in order to process the payment. In this case, we will send the customer an email with a link so that they can process the payment themselves.
Shipping Once order has been processed, we will send you an email indicating that your order will leave that particular date. We will send the item thru DHL or SEUR and send you a tracking number so that you can track your order thru the couriers official site.

Cancelling your order If you wish to cancel your order, you need to notify us as soon as possible. Since all orders are processed on the day from 9:30am to 1:pm for International DHL orders and from 9:30 to 5:00pm for order leaving thru SEUR, we need to receive notification as soon as possible.
Cancellation By request of the customer, order has been cancelled. To change status of your order,please send us an email.



Order Cut-off Times
All orders are processed on the day from 9:30am to 1:pm for International DHL orders and from 9:30 to 5:00pm for Spain and Portugal orders leaving thru SEUR. Any order placed after the indicated time will be processed to leave the next working day.
