Description:

AOUYUE 710 is a modular and flexible infrared technology for reworking advanced IC packages like BGAs, micro-BGAs, QFPs, SOICs and other mounted component. This focused infrared soldering system generates heat through concentration of infrared head waves for effective, high yield and flawless rework. Safe and effective, easy to operate infrared technology in a simplicity of a handtool.

Sophisticated Infrared (IR) welding gun for focused component heating.
Large back heater/preheating area which uses medium wave infrared (IR).
Portable PCB workholder.
Digital readout of setting with closed-loop electronic control for simple dial control.
Ergonomic design allows easy operation of the equipment.
Comes in with a footswitch for better mobility.
