The DTM,Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters,is a championship organized by ITR(Internationale Tourenwagen Rennen e.V.)The motor sport formerly known as Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft(German Touringcar Championship)is based in Germany with rounds all over Europe.The aim of the DTM is to deliver spectacular touring car sport. The DTM car is constructed from a four-door production car and designed specifically for motor sport. The car is designed and constructed with a steel space frame. Each racing car must have rear wheel drive according to race regultions. The main components such as the engine,gearbox,prop shaft, electronics,rear wing and brakes are coherent with the DTM regulations that all manufacturers are required to abide by. The electronic driving assisitant system such as ABS or traction control are strictly prohibited. Only V8 engines with a cylinder bank angle of 90 degrees and a maximum displacement of four valves per cylinder are permitted in the DTM. According to the 2005 DTM regulations the car's weight inculding that of the driver's may not be less than 1050 kilograms. Package Contains
