The Body Fat Analyzer (PE-2203) provides measurements in just 8 seconds. Start out by selecting your personal data number from the analyzer's 8 person memory storage and press START. Put your thumbs on both measuring poles - the system will automatically detect and measure your body fat percentage. Your body fat percentage is displayed on the large digital panel. The Body Fat Analyzer (PE-22-3) makes it that easy to keep your health in check! The "hydration reaction" of the body will affect the read-out of your body fat. Generally, it is the highest within hours after getting up in the morning because of the loss of the water in the body during sleep. To maximize the accuracy of the read-out, it is recommended you measure your body fat at night. The results of your body fat measurement may differ within the same day, however, if you measure your body fat at the same time everyday and under the same conditions you will get a correct result. *Measuring your fat twice a month is recommended. |
