Call Up service which allows you to ask questions on how to use Prodigy Need help on how to operate Prodigy Box? This account is just what you're looking for. You may call up to ask question to operator on how to operate your box. Please read details below for more information: How to use this account? Upon confirmation of payment you will be given Support ID that you will be used each time you ask for help from operator. Please be reminded that operator will only entertain request from customer with Support ID. Beside a Support ID, you will also be given a telephone number that you can call to ask your questions. After you receive both your Support ID and the telephone no, you can start to ask questions. It's that simple! Terms of Service: - Operator will only cover questions on how to use Prodigy box. We will not cover questions beyond that topic. - Service will only available during 2.00 PM - 11.00 PM (GMT + 08.00) - Service is not available during Sunday or Public Holiday (in Malaysia) - The cost of telephone call is to be paid by the caller. - This service is not a premium service, that's mean we won't charge any hidden fee to your phone bill for using this service. - You may call up as many times as you want in a day - Duration of your support account is limited to 3-months. - This account is non-transferable - Operator will only entertain request from customer with valid Support ID. - We have all the right to block your account if we suspect that you're sharing your account with someone else.
