Please read details below for more information: How to use this account? Upon confirmation of payment you will be given Support ID that you will be used each time you ask for help from operator. Please be reminded that operator will only entertain request from customer with Support ID. Beside a Support ID, you will also be given a telephone number that you can call to ask your questions. After you receive both your Support ID and the telephone no, you can start to ask questions. It's that simple! Terms of Service: - Operator will only cover questions on how to use SCDR.
