Based on the popular Focus 30, this new GREAT VALUE heart rate monitor has a heart rate zone alarm with a good memory recall (average heart rate, max HR and min HR), time of day and stopwatch and countdown alarm (that will auto repeat fro intervals). A very useful function of this monitor is the scan facility which scrolls through maximum, average and minimum heart rate per session. (This is great if you know you want to spend 30 minutes "in zone" you can see real time how much time you have spent in your zone, rather than just at the end of the session, as is the case with other monitors).
