In this war film set in Africa, German high command orders a five-man commando mission to assassinate the big three: Roosevelt, Churchill, and Stalin. The conflicting personal philosophies of the men in this patrol combine with the rigors of the desert, making it impossible for them to complete their operation. Directed by Umberto Lenzi, DESERT COMMANDOS provides a unique opportunity to see a military mission from the enemies’ point of view. German high command has decided that a five man commando mission to assassinate the big three, Rossevelt, Churchill, and Stalin in Casablanca is to be attempted. The conflicting personal philosophy’s of the men in this patrol, however, combined with overcoming the rigors of the desert, and allied forces to accomplish their mission makes it impossible for them to cope.
