ELM327 OBD- EOBDdiagnostics interface to USB Interpreter

ELM327 is the latest PC-based scan tool. It supports all OBD-II protocols and is dispatched with a number of compatible programs. The processor is an ELM327. The output protocol (connection to laptop) is USB.

  EngineCheck software offers all of this:

  • Read, Display and Clear Engine fault codes (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) - both stored codes and pending codes
  • Switch off Check Engine light (MIL)
  • Full database built-in of generic fault code definitions
  • View live engine sensors (80 sensors from the 2004 EOBD spec - supported sensors will vary by car)
  • View the status all 11 Inspection/Maintenance Monitors (on-board tests, e.g. Oxygen Sensor tests)

  NOTE: This product is not designed to switch off 'Service Indicator' light, 'Airbag' light or 'ABS' lights

  Additional information
  
  
  This interface will read/clear codes from EOBD diagnostics systems (this covers engine, power train and emissions faults). It will not read/clear codes from other systems, e.g. SRS, ABS or Suspension systems
