EEMMI Clip v3.0 is a special designed hardware for unlocking all Motorola phones without computer (also xx.13.xx). With this hardware you can remove SP-LOCK (all level) from Motorola in 3 seconds and without using computer or power supply. It works on almost all Motorola (for more see below). It comes with all needed cables.
