This film is directed by Chu Yenping, the cast of it is shiny. It includes action superstar Jackie Chan, the beauty Brigitte Lin, and Hong Kong senior action actors Wang Yu and Adam Cheng. Four foreign generals in Chinese army were captured by Japanese in Luxembourg, Japanese planned to escorted them to Tokyo in 4 days. Devil Captain Duan Hong organised a special force to rescue the four generals in 4 days. Duan Hong found Lao Sun, Cao Shangfei, Billy and Lelly to form a mini special force to save them in Luxembourg. On their way to Luxembourg, Duan Hong was shot to death in an ambush. The force encountered Da Niu and Er Niu, and they went on rescuing together, while the four generals were saved by someone else. Actually, Duan Hong didn't die, this is the trap he set, and he wanted two sides to fight against and destroy, then the victory would be his. After a battle, the mini force only left Lao Niu and Da Niu, Er Niu three people, Duan Hong killed Lao Sun in order to get all the payment.
