Phoenix Programmer TE21 for GoldWaffer Cards

Include 3.57 resonator and another slot where you can place another resonator like 3.66, 8.6 or 10.240 Mhz resonator that can be switched using an interruptor

This programmer could be used for reading and query ISO 7816 standard cards.

It's compatible with satelite decoding cards, and GSM SIM Cards.

You can make a FULL backup and clone of your sim card. With this programmer you will find Ki and IMSI of a mobile phone SIM card using the Dejan Program Simscan 1.1 ( You can do that with Cardinal program too) that you can find at our software section.
With Winexplorer or winphoenix, you can program eeprom.
You will need PICPROG1 programmer to program PIC16F84 and complete simcard backup.

This backup is not only the phone book and sms, etc, it's the hole card, so you can use in another phone.

GSMTE-21 needs 9 Volts AC/DC adapter (100 mA or bigger). Polarity positive in the center.
