- fixed bug with 3110c with 128k page flash. USB and FBUS flashing of CNT will work.

This will fix some problems with non working keys for some phones.
- added confirmation for reboot, when flashing bb5 phones with usb. For example N95
will take longer to boot, if software will timeout it will ask you to wait for phone
