Operating steps:
Power on clip. one LED will light. ( 7-9V DC power source with inner "+" needed ) -> Connect phone to clip w/ cable. (phone must be off) -> press phone's POWER ON button till another LED light -> flashing for few seconds -> both LED will flash -> unlocked

Remark:
The occasional failure may happen, please keep try again if it doesn't work
For each unlocking service, it needs power OFF and ON clip again.
