Softbank Japan comes back with the Toshiba 814T clamshell phone. Measuring only 12.9mm thick, the 814T features a 2.4 inch QVGA display supporting 260k colors, a 2MP camera, and a Micro SD card slot. However, it lacks of many features like GPS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. The Toshiba 814T measures 50mm × 101mm × 12.9mm and weighs 97 grams. Full functionality, including S! With the good responsiveness to touch of the keys, the chance of making keying errors is reduced.
