Premium top surface and black VAIO hairline logo An outer shell composed of the multi-carbon fiber used in racecars is finished in Carbon Black color for high quality luster. Premium elegance is further enhanced by the black VAIO hairline logo. A special black coating is applied to this unique VAIO hairline logo to give a sense of higher quality and unrivalled accent to VAIO SZ483N. Stylish palm rest and round-edged front bevel The VAIO SZ483N palm rest is notable for its sophisticated hairline design. And its high-quality aluminum in dark silver is suited to the distinctive Carbon Black cabinet color. Employing this aluminum material helps realize a round-edged form in the front bevel near the palm rest. This beautiful form adds another premier design element to VAIO SZ483N. Built-in MOTION EYE camera and microphone Mounted in the centre of the upper LCD bezel, the MOTION EYE camera merges into the ultra-slim display of VAIO SZ483N/C. The color of the ultra-thin module harmonizes with the LCD bezel, so the camera matches SZ483N/C's overall premium design. Thanks to the full 19mm key pitch and 3mm keystroke, operation meeting the demands of business is very easy. In addition, magnesium for the centre chassis (beneath the keyboard) greatly increases the sturdiness of the VAIO SZ483N body. S buttons and performance selector switch S1 and S2 buttons and performance selector switch are located above the keyboard, near the hinge. S buttons give you convenient shortcuts while the performance selector switch enables selection of external or internal graphics accelerator. Neatly placed beside the wireless LAN switch, they are within easy reach for simple and efficient access to the function of your choice.
