It comes with a durable, lightweight black nylon bag with zippered enclosure, an interior mesh pocket, hand strap, and loops for attaching to a belt. It also features a 26-minute exercise VHS video and Michael Sena's personal training workout programs and dining guide packed with nutrition tips for the traveler.
